So, I have been obsessed with smoothies lately because I bought a Nutri-Ninja. At first I was a little frustrated because it would take me a while to put all the ingredients together each morning, but I figured out a great way to set up smoothies for the week after a week or two struggling. This recipe I adjusted from the Nutri-Ninja recipe book.
This recipe has almost no fat in it, but it is high in carbs. I think the high amount of carbs is offset by the the amount of good for you stuff that’s packed into this drink! I throw in a scoop of protein powder because I’m trying to eat 30% protein and this is a great way to up the protein ratio.
